Our faculty member of the Electrical Engineering Department, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Murat Yılmaz's patent titled "GAN-BASED HYBRID BORDER CONDUCTION MODULATION MICRO INVERTER FOR AVIONIC APPLICATIONS" was accepted.

As part of the master's degree research led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Murat Yılmaz, a faculty member of the Electrical Engineering Department, in collaboration with Aselsan Academy student Alper Çimendağ, the joint Aselsan-ITU patent titled "GaN-Based Hybrid Border Conduction Modulation Micro Inverter for Avionic Applications" has been officially approved by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.
