The 2023 results of the annual assessment conducted in collaboration between Elsevier and Stanford University, recognizing the world's most influential scientists, have been announced.

Five faculty members from the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, including two retired professors, were listed in the "Career-Long Impact" category, while nine were featured in the "Annual Impact" category, as part of the assessment conducted by ITU in collaboration with Elsevier and Stanford University.

ITU has become the university with the highest number of scientists from Turkey featured in the "Career-Long Impact" and "Annual Impact" lists, compiled by Elsevier and Stanford University.
